Shardesh Mangalam is a special event celebrated on Akshaya Tritiya to celebrate the holy union of marriage between Lord Ganesha and Devi Sharda. All the wedding festivities are organized and then the idols of Lord Ganesha and Devi Sharda are married with all the Hindu rituals. Devotees can also be part of this and witness all the functions at the temple.
